“What an awesome experience after not having air all day with some miscommunication with the "overflow service" who for some reason didn't contact the technician. I called 4 times during the day because I had an appt set up for 10-2 time frame for a technician to be here, but with the miscommunication it didn't get relayed to the technician on duty for some reason.
